I like that most of the caregivers are a good match. I like that you can say which ones you want back. They are flexible with us, and Lisa has been awesome. She makes life a lot easier. They ask us how things go with the new caregivers. They kept to a schedule and keep the caregivers we like as much as possible. That way we don't have strangers coming in every week.

They have great, flexible scheduling. Last-minute cancellations are no big deal. It wasn't hard to fit caregivers into the schedule more often. They help with flexibility and making sure the individuals she likes are scheduled when available.

Dear Angela, Thank you for the superb care that my mother has received from your caregivers this past year. Taryn Saari, who is mom's regular caregiver, has tended to all of my mother's needs as if she were her own mother. Her skillset is beyond compare and we are confident that her efforts have helped us to extend mom's life who has been in hospice since December 2011. In addition, Laurie Moon, who used to handle scheduling, gave us excellent support when we needed additional hours during several rough spots this past year. She worked tirelessly to make sure that we had coverage at all times. We appreciate your ongoing efforts to ensure that your CNA's have the training needed to update their skills when needed. It shows a true dedication to professionalism on your part.
