Taryn Saari, who is mom's regular caregiver, has tended to all of my mother's needs as if she were her own mother. Her skillset is beyond compare and we are confident that her efforts have helped us to extend mom's life who has been in hospice since December 2011. In addition, Laurie Moon, who used to handle scheduling, gave us excellent support when we needed additional hours during several rough spots this past year. She worked tirelessly to make sure that we had coverage at all times. We appreciate your ongoing efforts to ensure that your CNA's have the training needed to update their skills when needed. I need to express to you my gratitude for your staff, your efficiency, your compassion, your assistance on very short notice a number of times. You never failed us in our time of need with my dad's care. Although my dad felt overwhelmed at times by having a number of care givers, he once told me "I am getting the luxury care treatment, aren't I?" I couldn't agree more. I have loved your portal so I can read shift reports, and see who is scheduled. It gave me peace of mind. I am sorry I was not able to meet more of you, but I thought of you often giving my father the patient, loving and competent care you all did. I wanted you to know that leaving your service had nothing to do with the care my father recieved. It was just becoming too difficult financially for us to continue the 24/7 care he needed with your service. Please continue on with the great job you all do.
